Golf Savings Bank

Terri Warden and Gwen Vargas became loan officers in Golf Savings Bank’s Gig Harbor mortgage office. Warden, of Port Orchard, most recently worked as a real estate investor and before that she owned a septic design and engineering company. She's a graduate of Utah State University. Vargas, also of Port Orchard, worked the last five years in mortgages for Frontier Bank. She's originally from Panama City Beach, Fla.
